The microgreens are good! They’re very mature now, almost geriatric, the true leaves getting bigger and taking some shape lol.
I’m leaving everything in the dirt, only snipping what we want to have at the time we want to have it. It really takes the sprouts salads to a new level, adding some really nice texture. I can’t wait to plant more!
